The present general conditions of sale apply exclusively between EverPhi and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site everphi.com (hereinafter “website“).

We do our utmost to provide accurate information and to make updates to the information disseminated and we reserve the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content.

However, the information available on the website is provided “As is” without warranty of any kind, either implied or explicit, including but not limited to integrity, accuracy, timeliness, availability, reliability or the completeness of the information, products and accessories appearing on the website or their suitability for the use that the buyer intends to make of them.

EverPhi cannot be held responsible for items sold on its website, especially in case of non-compliance with their use. EverPhi will not be liable for any damage caused to the buyer or to a third party resulting from such non-conforming use.

Consistency of products change from time to time and may not look exactly as pictured or may not be the exact product you receive. For example, a salve or rub may be a different shade or consistency. A massage oil may have a slightly different shade than a previous purchase or the picture on our website. This is because many of our products and ingredients are hand crafted.

If you are not familiar with our products or are trying a product for the first time, please read carefully the information we offer to ensure it is an ingredient you want to work with. This is important due to the fact that most items offered on our website are not returnable for a refund, because the nature of the products offered.

Accordingly, the act of placing an order on the website implies a buyer’s acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.


EverPhi collects the personal data of the Buyer and, where applicable, the addressee of the order.

In accordance with the “Data Protection and Data Protection Act”, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, which can be exercised by writing to us through our Contact Form, mentioning your surname, first name, full address and email.  


The prices on the website are indicated in American dollars, all taxes and shipping costs are excluded. Taxes and shipping cost, however, will appears at the time of check out.

Buyers will be charged sales tax based on our location and current tax rate (Zip code 76123).


You select the item (s) of your choice and add them to the shopping basket; You can at any time check the contents of your shopping cart, the corresponding price and make any necessary changes. If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential) which will be used later to identify you on the website.

The provision of personal information necessary for the processing and delivery of orders is mandatory.  When you click on the button “Send” your order is processed by us. Upon registration of your order, a detailed estimate of your order will be sent back to you.  


The products offered on the website, are valid only within the limit of the available stocks.  


The payment of your purchases on the website is carried out exclusively in American Dollars and by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover bank card.

Online payment by credit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to the CIC banking validation server in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mode. You then make your purchases safely.  


Our sales are delivered from Fort Worth (Zip code 76123) in Texas, USA.

The products are shipped within USA, according to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper routing of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of the validation of your order. Your purchase will be sent by USPS First-Class Package Service.    


Due to the nature of our aromatherapy products, we do not accept returns. However, you may contact us if you have a concern and we will do our best to resolve all issues.  

For Petra di Monte Jewelry Design pieces we do accept returns.  If your product arrives damage or defective, not meeting your expectations; simply return it to us in its original packaging, within 15 days of its receipt.

We honor exchanges or will refund your money within 15 days of product receipt by us according to the following terms:

  • The product is defective or damaged, we will refund the price of the parcel and any shipping costs.
  • The product is returned of your will, in an unopened package. We will refund the price of the product to you; the expenses of returning the product to us remaining at your expense.
  • The product is returned due to an error in the preparation or shipping; we refund the product price, the shipping and return costs (if any).


Returns of defective items

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us through our email orders_usa@everphi.com, or through our website everphi.com, using the contact form.

Upon receiving the product, we will proceed to examine it carefully and then we will communicate by email how to proceed for its replacement or refund.

Refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 calendar days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the item is in process.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any damage or defect, will be fully refunded, including shipping costs, as well as those costs generated by the return of the defective product.

The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.

Given the possible evolutions of the website, EverPhi reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale.

Which products can I return to EvePhi once my package is opened?  

All the products that have not been used, and was delivered defective.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot receive returns when the product has been used.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 days agreed period to return the damage or defective product to us.

After EverPhi receives the product, our quality department will make a verification of the products conformity. A refund will be processed accordingly, and depending of the products condition.


In the unfortunate event that your jewelry piece broke because of defective material, we have a limited time guaranteed for each kind of product according to the following:

  • Earrings      :  3 months
  • Bracelets.   :  6 months
  • Necklaces. :   1 year

To activate your guarantee, you may contact us through contact form, make sure to take  pictures of the damaged piece, collect all the beads possible from your jewelry and we always will have a solution for you. 

It is very important to keep in mind that we can not assure the accurate reconstruction of broken jewelry, since we are always rotating our beads stock for the purpose of brand exclusivity.


Two cases:

Case 1: The order has not yet been shipped, indicated by your order status. We will refund the order in its entirety.

Case 2: The order has been shipped; no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.


Products and claims presented have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Adverse reactions to natural product is uncommon. However, it is recommended that you apply a small amount to a test area for 24 hours.

If redness, swelling or any other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical assistance if necessary.

Although our products may be food grade, EverPhi sells all products for external use only. The customer agrees by purchasing products that he/she is fully responsible for researching said products and proper use of same.
