Holistic Consultation

A holistic consultation is a wellness approach that treats the whole person by incorporating various modalities, including: mindfulness, nutrition, yoga, meditation, and other mind-body interventions to tailor treatment plans that address not only our clients’ mental health, but also their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Holistic complementary therapies can help alleviate symptoms, enhance resilience, and promote overall wellness. After holistic therapy experience a more well-rounded and supportive therapeutic experience, leading to improved mental health, emotional balance, and a better overall quality of life.

During the session, we will investigate about lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, relationships, sleep patterns, etc. Once the information is available and discussed, it is time to create a balanced, personalized plan using complementary therapies like mindfulness, somatic work, nutritional guidance, relaxing techniques, among many others.
